How to blur a logo out of a video, and what to expect

Upload a video, click and drag on the preview to draw a box around the logo, and download the result. The box covers one fixed position and is applied to every frame of the clip. The video can be up to about 200 MB, depending on your device memory.

How does it work? The tool blurs and interpolates the pixels inside your box, using the surrounding footage to smooth over the area. This is the same basic approach most watermark removers use. It is not AI content reconstruction, so be realistic about the result: it works best on a small, simple, static logo sitting over a fairly plain background. A large watermark, a complex one or a semi-transparent one that crosses detailed parts of the picture can still leave a faint trace.

Because the box stays in one place for the whole clip, the tool does not track a logo that moves. If the logo changes position, split the clip into parts with the video trimmer and process each part separately, or accept a visible blur. Draw the box only as large as needed, because a bigger blurred area is more noticeable than a small one. Once the logo is gone you can also hide a leftover edge by reframing with the freeform video cropper.

A word on use: only remove a logo or watermark from video you made yourself or that you have permission to edit. Removing someone else's mark from their work can infringe their rights.
