1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, using or interacting with the FileWizy website and its image, video and audio processing tools (the "Service"), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you must not use the website.
2. Description of the service
FileWizy provides a set of free web tools for converting, compressing, trimming, merging and basic adjustment of image, audio and video files. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
3. How your files are processed
All FileWizy tools run entirely inside your own browser. Your image, video or audio files are never uploaded, transmitted or stored on any FileWizy server, not even temporarily: all processing happens locally on your device.
4. Intellectual property and user responsibility
The user acknowledges and fully accepts that:
- They are the sole and exclusive owner of, or hold the necessary authorizations, licenses and rights to, any multimedia file (audio, video or image) processed through FileWizy.
- Using the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or any other third-party intellectual property right, or to circumvent content protection measures (DRM), is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of warranties
Important legal notice: FileWizy makes no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, absolute quality, completeness or specific results obtained through file processing, including without limitation compression, conversion, audio normalization and equalization, or video compression and trimming.
Under no circumstances shall FileWizy, its operators, developers or administrators be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the site's tools.
6. Disclaimer for data loss
Compression, conversion and digital editing processes involve algorithmic modifications of the original files. It is the user's sole responsibility to keep backup copies of their original files before submitting them to any FileWizy tool. The administrators assume no responsibility for damaged, corrupted files or unsatisfactory results.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify, update or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this section periodically to stay informed of any changes.
