How to take the audio from a video
This tool extracts the sound track of a video and saves it as a standalone MP3 file. People look for it in different ways (extract audio from video, take the audio from a video, extract sound or music from a video, convert video to MP3), but it is the same job: you keep the audio and leave the picture behind.
It is handy when the picture is not the point: a lecture or meeting you recorded on video, an interview, a voice memo, a podcast filmed for YouTube, or the music in your own clips.
